Croquetterie

Holtkamp Horeca has been producing and supplying (mini) croquettes and bitterballen since 1969. Every day, with great attention and love for taste, we cook ragout from the finest ingredients. In our modern croquette kitchen in Amsterdam, we prepare our products in an authentic way. We take the time, a truly good croquette is made in three days. We let the broth simmer for a day to bring out all the flavors. From the strong broth, we make the salpicon - the filling - which needs a day to cool so that the next day we can roll our croquettes. These are coated with a special breadcrumb, baked by Holtkamp Horeca itself, which provides the well-known thin and crispy crust.

In our modern patisserie, our team creates a beautiful assortment of contemporary classic pastries. We do this according to traditional recipes. We value tradition, but also embrace progress. Therefore, we apply new production methods wherever possible to make our products even more delicious.
