The Holtkamp Horeca veal and shrimp croquettes have been a classic on the lunch menu since 1969.
We still adhere to the traditional recipe, continually refining the taste over the years and expanding the assortment. Successful additions include the Black Angus, shredded beef, and lobster croquettes. Naturally, we respond to the demand for vegetarian products and take great pride in our aged cheese and Mediterranean vegetable croquettes.
