Croquetterie

Since 1969, Holtkamp Horeca has produced and supplied (mini) croquettes and bitterballen. Every day, with great care and a love for flavor, we prepare ragout using only the finest ingredients. In our modern croquetterie kitchen in Amsterdam, we make our products in the traditional way. We take our time — it takes three days to make a truly excellent croquette. The broth simmers for a full day to extract all the flavor. From this rich broth, we make the salpicon — the filling — which must cool for a day before we roll the croquettes. They are then coated in specially baked breadcrumbs made in-house by Holtkamp Horeca, giving them their signature ultra-thin and crispy crust.
