The Holtkamp Horeca veal and shrimp croquettes have been a lunch menu classic since 1969.
We still follow the original recipe, with the flavor refined over the years and the assortment expanded. Standout additions include the Black Angus, slow-cooked beef, and lobster croquettes. Naturally, we respond to the growing demand for vegetarian options, and we are especially proud of our aged cheese and Mediterranean vegetable croquettes.
