Our new braised beef croquette features a flavorful ragout made with 100% Dutch beef. In collaboration with our butcher, we selected the best stewing cuts.

A broth is made over nine hours using lean brisket, fresh vegetables, and spices. The ragout contains 26.5% shredded beef.
