Over 50 years of traditions and innovation:

Holtkamp Horeca & Patissier Nico Meijles

Since 1969, Patisserie Holtkamp Amsterdam has been located on Vijzelgracht. In that year, Cees and Petra Holtkamp took over the shop from the De Nie family. In 2002, Nico Meijles and Angela Holtkamp took over the patisserie. The company was split in 2015, and the specialized hospitality branch was established. Since then, under the enthusiastic leadership of Nico Meijles, Holtkamp Horeca has been making its famous pastries and croquette classics a little bit better every day.

Every day, with great attention and love for taste, we produce patisserie using the finest ingredients. In our modern patisserie, our team creates a beautiful assortment of contemporary classic pastries. All of this is done according to artisanal recipes, refined and rich in flavor.

In our modern croquette kitchen, we craft our products with craftsmanship and care, using the best ingredients. The characteristic crispy crust and the rich, glossy filling have made the original Amsterdam Holtkamp Horeca croquettes & bitterballen a crowd favorite since 1969.
