This is how you serve the perfect Holtkamp Horeca croquette, mini croquette, or bitterballen.
For the best flavor experience, prepare Holtkamp Horeca (mini) croquettes and bitterballen as follows: heat the oil to the correct temperature. We recommend using peanut oil. Ensure the products are fully submerged and not touching each other during frying.
General frying guidelines for all products:
- Choose either fully frozen or fully thawed before frying — do not mix.
- In a standard fryer: fry a maximum of 10 bitterballen, 8 mini croquettes, or 6 croquettes at a time.
- Do not exceed the recommended frying times.
