Here's how to serve the perfect Holtkamp Horeca croquettes, mini croquette, or bitterballen.
For the best taste experience, prepare the Holtkamp Horeca (mini) croquettes and bitterballen as follows: Heat the oil to the correct temperature, preferably using peanut oil. Ensure that the products are sufficiently submerged and not touching each other.
For proper frying of all products:
- Decide whether to fry them completely frozen or completely thawed.
- In a regular fryer, fry a maximum of 10 bitterballen, 8 mini croquettes, or 6 croquettes at a time.
- Do not exceed the indicated frying times.
